Daryn sank into the plush, overstuffed couch in the living room, the late afternoon sunlight pouring in through the large bay window, casting warm, golden puddles on the hardwood floor. Mia joined him, curling up against his side, their body fitting perfectly against his own. The TV flickered with the glow of a movie they'd agreed to watch, but as the minutes passed, Daryn found his attention wandering to the warmth of the body beside him.

Their conversation had been playful throughout the day, filled with teasing flirtations that built an undercurrent of desire. Now, as they sat together, Daryn turned to face Mia, capturing her lips in a deep kiss. They lay back on the couch, Daryn tracing fingers along Mia's spine, feeling the shiver run beneath his touch. He nuzzled into her neck, pressing soft kisses there, breathing in her scent. Mia arched against him, their bodies aligning as they moved closer, the friction delicious.
