Hidden Thrills

The late afternoon sun slanted across the backyard, casting long shadows that danced over the soft grass. Lucas and Meg had set up a cozy little nook at the far end, bordered by the tall wooden fence and the neighbor's untrimmed bushes. There was an irresistible thrill to being out here — so close to the world while still hidden — that neither had expected could be so exhilarating.

Meg stood barefoot on the grass, the texture cool against her skin, as she glanced over her shoulder at Lucas with a mischievous smile. Her sundress, light and floral, fluttered in a gentle breeze, teasing at what lay beneath. "I didn't think I'd like this so much," she admitted, feeling a rush of heat at his approving gaze. Lucas's hands slid over her shoulders and down her arms, slow and deliberate, savoring the uncovering of skin. His touch was firmer as he eased the straps of her dress down, the fabric pooling at her feet.
