Colors in the Shadows

The living room was dimly lit, illuminated only by the soft glow of Lucas's phone screen as he reclined on the sofa, a mess of vibrant paint smears decorating his bare chest. Becca sat beside him, her fingers dipping into a palette of colors, playful and teasing. They'd started with the idea of body painting as a joke, but as the evening had progressed, the novelty of it sparked something more electric between them.

As her mouth descended to take him in, Lucas's body stiffened slightly, the warmth enveloping him unexpectedly intense.
