Watching Together

The bedroom was dim, only the flickering light from the laptop casting shadows on the walls. They had propped it on the edge of the bed, angled just right to both see the scene unfold. A couple on screen, caught in the act of their own passion, in a dimly lit room not unlike their own. The woman was on her knees, her movements slow and deliberate, as the man stood before her, his hands gently cradling her face as she took him in her mouth.

Jake felt a heat rising in the room, more intense than the glow from the screen. He turned to catch Jen’s eyes — the unspoken thrill of being watched and watching in return. He slid his hand up her thigh, feeling the smoothness of her skin contrast with the soft cotton sheets beneath them, sliding them higher until they bunched at her waist. His breath was hot against her neck, the faintest scent of jasmine from her perfume lingering there.

“I didn’t expect this to be so… different,” she whispered, her eyes still fixed on the screen. He grinned, pulling her closer, feeling her relax into him as his fingers explored her, tracing patterns that made her shiver. She turned her head, catching him by surprise with a kiss that was both soft and insistent, her tongue exploring the taste of him, a mix of mint and longing.

He shifted his position, moving behind her, his body fitting perfectly against hers, spooning her with a sense of intimacy that felt both familiar and electrifyingly new. They watched as the man on screen withdrew at the last moment, and Jen turned to him, a challenging glint in her eye. Jake obliged, pulling back reluctantly from their embrace, positioning himself so he could look into her eyes. She smiled and nodded.
